What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in the same way. In this policy we call them all cookies.
Your choice
When you first visit, we ask whether you’re happy for us to use analytics and marketing cookies. We don’t set any of them unless you say yes.
You can change your mind at any time by choosing Cookies at the bottom of any page.
The cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These make the website work and can’t be switched off.
- db_cookie_consent (stored in your browser): remembers whether you said yes or no to cookies, so we don’t ask every time.
Analytics (only if you say yes)
These help us understand how people use the website, so we can improve it.
- Google Analytics (_ga, and _ga_ followed by a code). Kept for up to 2 years. You can also use Google’s opt-out tool.
Marketing (only if you say yes)
These help us see which of our ads lead people to Dearbump.
We don’t use any marketing cookies at the moment. If we start, we’ll list them here and they’ll only be set if you say yes.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the website may not work as they should.
